PayPal revealed that its President and CEO from 2015 to 2023, Dan Schulman, will step down from the company’s Board of Directors, effective from 31st December 2023. Schulman has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2015.

With Alex Chriss and his leadership team in place, I leave the Board with full confidence that PayPal is in excellent hands for its next chapter of growth and success.
