Matthew Miller, a long-standing partner at venture capital firm Sequoia, has been appointed to the boards of Klarna Holding AB and its subsidiary Klarna Bank AB. Miller has worked closely with technology companies including Confluent, Docker, and Tessian during his 11 years at Sequoia. He also has expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning, having held board positions with AI-related firms such as Graphcore and Tecton.ai. Miller’s appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
