Glia, the customer interaction leader, has appointed Rebecca Martin as its first Chief Marketing Officer. Martin will be responsible for Glia’s revenue marketing, content and industry strategy, customer marketing, and corporate communications. She brings more than 20 years of experience in building marketing teams and driving revenue for SaaS and technology companies.
Martin joins Glia from Total Expert, a customer engagement platform for financial services, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, she was Chief Marketing Officer at Calabrio. Martin has also held marketing leadership roles at Code42, Stellent, and Oracle. She is currently serving on the board of directors for the Minnesota Technology Association.
In her new role, Martin will play a crucial role in advancing Glia’s marketing organization and accelerating its growth. Glia is focused on enabling financial services companies to strengthen customer experiences through its unified platform for digital customer service, call center, and automation.
This appointment follows Glia’s recent expansion of its executive team, including the appointment of Jay Choi as Chief Product Officer and Lisa Paccione as EVP of Sales. The company is committed to cultivating strong talent as part of its ambitious growth goals.
